Why I Built ForgeFit

Fifteen years of training taught me one thing.

I built ForgeFit because fifteen years of training taught me a simple truth: knowing the science of fitness isn't the same as being consistent. I know periodization, progressive overload, macros, recovery windows. I could talk about it for hours. But none of that mattered if I couldn't show up, day after day, especially when life got in the way.

I tried everything. Personal trainers taught me form, elite online coaching gave me a plan and accountability, but when the program ended, so did the support. I wasn't building habits; I was renting fitness. Group classes were fun, but there was no continuity. Apps tracked data, but they didn't coach me, notice patterns, or keep me honest. I was doing all the work; the system wasn't.

I realized what I needed was a system that truly holds me accountable. One that remembers my program, notices patterns in my energy, sleep, and performance, and nudges me when I start to slip. That system didn't exist, so I built it.

It works in the background so the results show up in the foreground. Hydration, sleep, workouts, energy — all started improving naturally, because something was finally paying attention alongside me.

I built ForgeFit for myself first. It gave me long-term consistency, the results I had always wanted, and habits that lasted. Now, it's ready to do the same for you.
